Tips for getting over a breakup

Moving on after a breakup is difficult. Remembrance of your ex makes it more hard for you. This ruins your life and it not only affects you but all the other people who cares for you. So, here are some tips for getting over a breakup:

Allow yourself to cry. Get those feelings out.

Change your environment / Travel new places, meet new people.

Get rid of the things that reminds you of your ex.

Don't just stay in a room. Get out and have fun.

Keep yourself busy / Engage yourself in your favorite activities (sports, music, reading).

Spend time with your friends.

"Sooner the Better", Sooner you implement it, Better you start to feel. You have got your whole life ahead. So enjoy and kick the past misery out of your life.

i will cry myself out for one week...or more until i get a replacement...usually by the second week i already find a new one...uh..lucky me..i dont have to pity myself tht long!hahaha
